Maui Land & Pineapple appoints Ryan Panopio as chief investment officer

Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. (NYSE: MLP) appointed Ryan Panopio as chief investment officer effective June 3, according to a company statement.

The newly created executive position follows the company's reported 24.5% revenue increase to $11.5 million and over $11.0 million in contracted land sales during the first quarter of 2026.

Panopio, 46, brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets. He most recently served as Head of Capital Markets, Americas at Lendlease Group from October 2023 to January 2026. Previously, he worked as Senior Director of Capital Transactions and Financial Planning & Analysis at Google Development Ventures from March 2020 to September 2023, and held leadership positions during a 14-year tenure at SunCal Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Maui Land & Pineapple manages over 22,000 acres of land and approximately 247,000 square feet of commercial real estate. The company's assets include land for residential communities and mixed-use projects within the Kapalua Resort, which features luxury hotels and the Pu'u Kukui Watershed.
