Xcel Brands partners with Baggallini and model Coco Rocha for handbag line
Xcel Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: XELB) announced an exclusive licensing collaboration between handbag company Baggallini and model Coco Rocha for a limited-edition capsule collection.
The partnership will feature handbags designed by Rocha, combining Baggallini's organizational functionality with Rocha's style approach. The collection centers around a product called the Super Bagg, which aims to blend style with practical organization features.
"Throughout my career, I've been constantly on the move," said Rocha. "Traveling between photoshoots, airports, and family life. I've learned that being prepared, traveling between photoshoots, airports, and family life I wanted to create a bag that was stylish and functional for all the needs of a woman on the go."
Lydia Feniger, Vice President of Marketing at Baggallini, said Rocha's experience made her an appropriate partner.
