Ensis Partners selects Intapp DealCloud for deal management platform

June 9, 2026 9:15 AM

Ensis Partners, a New York City-based investment bank specializing in restructuring and bankruptcy advisory, has selected Intapp DealCloud with Celeste to manage relationships and deal pipelines, according to a company statement.

The investment bank, founded by Richard Shinder and Mark Buschmann in February 2026, chose Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) based on the founders' prior experience with the platform at previous firms including PJT Partners, Perella Weinberg, Blackstone, and Citigroup.

Ensis will use DealCloud to track its restructuring business operations, including deal pipeline visibility, fee structures, and client relationship networks. The platform includes Celeste, Intapp's AI system designed for financial and professional firms.

"We knew from experience what good relationship and deal management infrastructure looks like, and we knew DealCloud was the right platform to build on," said Shinder. "Starting with clean, structured data from day one means we're setting ourselves up for success as we grow, rather than trying to fix problems down the line."

The firm is working with Monarch, an Intapp partner, to implement the DealCloud system. Ensis Partners focuses on upper-middle market restructuring transactions, including liability management exchanges, special situations financings, and Chapter 11 proceedings.

Brian Bissonette, Industry Principal for Investment Banking at Intapp, stated the company looks forward to helping Ensis build a foundation that leverages their relationships and deal activity as the firm expands.

The information is based on a press release statement from Intapp.
