eXp Realty, a subsidiary of eXp World Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: AGNT), has promoted Wendy Forsythe to chief operating officer, the company announced.

Forsythe previously served as chief marketing officer at eXp Realty for two years. Her real estate career includes positions as chief operating officer at HomeSmart International, president at Compass for California and Hawaii regions, and chief strategy officer at Fathom Holdings. She began her career as a real estate agent and later owned and operated a brokerage.

"Wendy's combination of field-level agent empathy, operational excellence, and a proven track record of scaling large brokerages and brands makes her the right leader for our next chapter," said Leo Pareja, chief executive officer of eXp Realty.

During her tenure as chief marketing officer, Forsythe led what the company described as its most significant brand transformation, including modernizing the global brand identity and expanding social media presence.

In her new role, Forsythe will oversee operations, technology integration, agent programs, and transaction support. She will also continue providing strategic direction for the marketing organization during a transition period.

"My focus is building scalable, agent-obsessed operations that are ready for what's coming next," Forsythe said.

Forsythe replaces Patrick O'Neill, who is departing the company. eXp World Holdings operates real estate brokerages across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and South Africa.
