Soluna reports May 2026 operations across data center projects
Soluna Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SLNH) provided operational updates for its data center projects in May 2026, according to a company statement.
The company reported that Project Dorothy 1A completed transformer repairs and returned to full capacity during the month. Project Dorothy 1B continued hosting deployments with Blockware and Saz Mining, with 6 mobile data centers planned for hosting and 16 for proprietary mining.
At Project Kati 1, construction reached substantial completion for Phase 1 Cormint Containers totaling 12 megawatts, while mechanical completion and power commissioning were achieved for Phase 2 Soluna mobile data centers totaling 9 megawatts.
For its artificial intelligence projects, Soluna signed a definitive joint venture agreement with Metrobloks for Project Kati 2, replacing a previously announced memorandum of understanding. The company launched a request for proposal for the first 100-megawatt phase and began formal commercial negotiations with a potential tenant.
Project Dorothy 3 advanced with a definitive purchase agreement for 300 acres and ongoing environmental due diligence and survey work. The company reported coordination with utilities to expand load capacity and convert current Bitcoin mining operations to AI applications.
Soluna also completed integration of the Briscoe Wind Farm into its operations following the acquisition and performed scheduled gearbox maintenance on select turbines during May.
The company develops data centers co-located with renewable energy sources for Bitcoin mining and AI applications.
