June 8, 2026 11:00 AM

Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC) announced that its subsidiary Fisk Electric Company secured a $48 million electrical project for an advanced manufacturing and data center infrastructure facility in Houston.

The project covers 115,000 square feet within a 273,000 gross-square-foot facility, with completion targeted by the end of 2026. The facility will manufacture and assemble electronics and data center infrastructure products focused on AI-related hardware.

Fisk's electrical work will support advanced production and AI hardware assembly, emphasizing power density, system redundancy, and future expandability. The project requires highly reliable, scalable electrical systems to support next-generation manufacturing environments.

The company stated that due to the aggressive schedule and technical complexity, the project team will execute overlapping phases of design coordination, procurement, and construction to maintain schedule certainty while meeting quality and safety standards.

The contract value will be reflected in Tutor Perini's backlog for the second quarter of 2026, according to the company's statement.

Tutor Perini Corporation operates as a civil, building and specialty construction company, providing general contracting and design-build services to private and public clients worldwide.
