June 8, 2026 7:32 AM

Red Light Holland Corp. (CSE: TRIP) (FSE: 4YX) (OTCQB: TRUFF) announced that its subsidiary Filament Health has signed an agreement to supply PEX010, a botanical psilocybin drug candidate, to GHU Paris Psychiatrie & Neurosciences for an academic clinical study.

The French university hospital group will use PEX010 in a randomized, double-blind, cross-over study titled "KETAPSYCHECOG: Effects of ketamine and psilocybin on behavioral and neural measures" involving healthy volunteers. The trial aims to compare behavioral and neural effects of psilocybin and ketamine.

GHU Paris, established in 2019 through the merger of three hospitals, operates 170 facilities across 94 sites in Paris and serves 60,000 active patients. The hospital system specializes in mental health and central nervous system disorders.

PEX010 is Filament Health's patented botanical psilocybin drug candidate currently supplied to more than 80 studies worldwide. The agreement extends Filament's clinical research operations into France, adding to its international footprint.

Red Light Holland acquired Filament Health Corp., expanding its pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing and clinical research capabilities in naturally derived psilocybin development. The Toronto-based company operates in the legal psychedelic sector with commercial activities across Europe and North America.

The mechanistic research will complement patient-population trials by examining how naturally derived psilocybin affects the brain. The study represents part of growing academic and clinical interest in psilocybin research across various jurisdictions.
