The company projects Q2 fiscal 2027 EPS of $1.76 to $1.81 and full-year EPS of $10.95 to $11.15, both falling significantly short of Wall Street consensus estimates.

Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK)

Rubrik rose 2% after beating Q1 expectations with an adjusted EPS of $0.16 and revenue growth of 39% year-over-year to $387.1 million. The cloud data management company also boosted its full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to a range of $1.64 billion to $1.65 billion, topping the average analyst estimate.

Docusign Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU)

Docusign Inc. edged down 2% after hours despite reporting a strong first quarter, with an EPS of $1.09 and revenue of $830.2 million both beating analyst projections. The electronic signature company provided full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $3.49 billion to $3.502 billion, which tightly brackets Wall Street's expectations.

Samsara Inc (NYSE: IOT)

Samsara Inc. slid 1% in extended trading despite delivering a double beat for the first quarter, posting an EPS of $0.17 on revenue of $478.8 million. Investors appeared to take profits even though the connected operations company raised its outlook, forecasting full-year fiscal 2027 revenue and earnings well above consensus.

Planet Labs (NYSE: PL)

Planet Labs dropped 2% after hours despite reporting a narrower-than-expected Q1 loss of $0.03 per share on revenue of $94.2 million. The satellite imagery firm also provided an upbeat outlook, forecasting full-year fiscal 2027 revenue between $425 million and $441 million compared to the $427.9 million Wall Street consensus.

ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN)

ServiceTitan surged 13% after posting a narrower-than-expected Q1 loss of $0.24 per share on revenue of $268.8 million. The software provider also mapped out its forward expectations, projecting full-year fiscal 2027 revenue to land between $1.13 billion and $1.14 billion.
