Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) announced that board director Kavita Mahtani will resign from her position effective June 11, 2026.

Mahtani, who has served as a Class I director since April 2022, notified the company of her decision on June 2. She currently serves on the board's Audit Committee and Strategy & Financing Committee.

The company stated that Mahtani is stepping down to focus on responsibilities associated with her recently announced executive position at Wells Fargo. The resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding operations, policies or practices, according to the announcement.
