Cognizant partners with ServiceNow on AI governance platform integration
Cognizant Technology Solutions (NASDAQ: CTSH) announced an integration between its Neuro AI Trust platform and ServiceNow to provide enterprises with AI governance and monitoring capabilities across AI systems.
The integration combines ServiceNow's AI Control Tower with Cognizant's AI assurance platform to create what the companies describe as a unified environment for managing AI governance throughout the AI lifecycle. The offering is designed to provide real-time visibility and automated compliance monitoring for enterprise AI deployments.
According to the announcement, the integrated solution includes pre-built compliance content for regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO 42001 standards. The platform aims to automate AI governance processes that companies currently handle manually.
"The market has solved AI access. What enterprises now need is the ability to operate AI responsibly at the scale and speed their businesses demand," said Sriram Kumaresan, Global Head of Cloud and Infrastructure Services at Cognizant.
ServiceNow's AI Control Tower provides governance and observability functions, while Cognizant's platform adds what the company calls "responsible AI and Guardian agents" that monitor AI system behavior for compliance with safety, security, and transparency requirements.
John Aisien, senior vice president and general manager of Central Product Management, Security & Risk at ServiceNow, stated that the integration addresses visibility gaps in AI governance by providing "a single command center to govern every model, every agent and AI asset" across enterprise systems.
The partnership supports a three-phase implementation model covering planning, onboarding, and operations. Cognizant plans to announce additional details about its AI Trust platform's capabilities in the future.
The announcement was made based on a company press release statement.
