Rumble signs multi-year GPU capacity deal with Together AI
Rumble Inc. (NASDAQ: RUM) announced a multi-year agreement with Together AI under which Together AI will purchase dedicated GPU cloud capacity from Rumble powered by NVIDIA HGX B300 systems. The deal includes potential for greater value and extended length based on market success.
Under the agreement, Rumble will deploy liquid-cooled NVIDIA HGX B300 GPUs to provide Together AI with compute capacity for AI workloads. The company stated it has received multiple non-dilutive GPU financing offers from unaffiliated third parties.
"This agreement is a major milestone for Rumble and a strong validation of our strategy to build sovereign, high-performance AI compute as a Service outside the hyperscaler stack," said Chris Pavlovski, Chairman and CEO of Rumble. "This contract gives us long-duration revenue visibility while accelerating the buildout of our cloud at scale."
Vipul Ved Prakash, Founder and CEO of Together AI, said the partnership expands the company's global GPU footprint and provides customers with additional options for running AI workloads. Together AI serves customers training and deploying AI models.
The agreement establishes Rumble as a provider of AI infrastructure outside traditional hyperscale providers. For Together AI, the deal diversifies its pool of Blackwell-class capacity during a period of high demand for AI compute resources.
Rumble operates as a technology platform spanning cloud, AI, and digital media services. The information is based on a company press release statement.
