Pinnacle Bank hires Mark Roach as executive vice president, senior lending officer
Pinnacle Bank (OTCQB: PBNK) announced that Mark Roach has joined the Gilroy, California-based community bank as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer.
Roach brings over 30 years of banking experience in commercial lending and credit risk management to his new role. He previously served as Chief Banking Officer for Community Bank of the Bay and has experience evaluating complex credit requests and managing large-scale portfolios.
"We are very excited to have Mark Roach join Pinnacle Bank as a Senior Lending Officer and look forward to his contributions to the team and our clients," said Cliff Dennett, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Pinnacle Bank.
In his new position, Roach will partner with Regional Presidents and Relationship Managers to service existing lending clients and evaluate new lending opportunities. He will be based at the bank's Campbell office and report directly to Dennett.
Jeffrey D. Payne, President and CEO, stated that Roach will work with Relationship Managers to increase efficiency in processing loan requests. The appointment supports the bank's mission to provide relationship-based banking services from Silicon Valley to Salinas Valley.
Pinnacle Bank operates as a full-service community business bank serving Santa Clara, San Benito, and Monterey counties. The bank has locations in Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Salinas and Campbell, focusing on commercial banking services for small to medium-sized businesses.
