GameSquare Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) issued a shareholder letter stating it expects second quarter 2026 revenue to increase over 137% to at least $18.5 million, according to a company statement.
The gaming and esports media company said second quarter revenue is expected to rise over 27% from first quarter 2026 revenue and more than 17% from first quarter 2026 proforma revenue. Chief Executive Officer Justin Kenna said the performance reflects demand across the company's platform from brands, publishers and creators.
For the first half of 2026, proforma revenue including the February TubeBuddy acquisition is expected to exceed $34.3 million, representing a year-over-year increase of at least 125%. GameSquare reported that its creator deployment business, primarily from the September 2025 Click Media acquisition, is expected to contribute approximately $5 million of revenue in the first half of 2026, compared to $5.4 million for all of 2025. The company said it plans to build this into a $20 million-plus annual revenue vertical.
The GameSquare Experiences division generated more than $10 million in new bookings in the first quarter of 2026, which the company described as a record for the division. Since establishment in the first quarter of 2024, the division has increased its recurring client base by more than three times and grown revenue by approximately 14 times.
International markets currently represent approximately 25% of revenue. The company said it will participate in the 2026 Esports World Cup in Paris from July to August, which features a $75 million prize pool.
