Fuerte changes name to Talamore Mining, shares to trade as TALA

Fuerte Metals Corporation (TSXV: FMT) announced it has changed its name to Talamore Mining Corp. and will trade under the new symbol "TALA" on the TSX Venture Exchange starting June 8, 2026.



The company's board of directors approved the name change on April 27, 2026. The new CUSIP number assigned to the company's shares is 874085103 with ISIN CA8740851032.



The name change does not affect shareholder rights and involves no consolidation or division of capital. Existing share certificates and direct registration statements remain valid and do not require exchange.



The company also reported results from its annual general meeting held June 3, 2026, in Whitehorse, Canada. A total of 99,895,092 common shares were voted, representing 71.04% of issued and outstanding shares. Shareholders approved all items on the agenda.



Seven directors were elected: Chris Beer, Scott V.A. Hicks, Shannon McCrae, Dawson Proudfoot, Sandip Rana, Tracy Reynolds and Tim Warman. Davidson and Company LLP were reappointed as auditors.



Shareholders also approved amendments to the company's articles and omnibus equity incentive plan.



The company operates the Coffee Project in Yukon, Canada, which contains 3.0 million ounces of measured and indicated resources and 0.8 million ounces of inferred resources. It also holds copper and gold assets in Chile and Mexico.
