June 3, 2026 11:35 AM

Pattern Wealth, a private wealth advisory practice led by Jeremy Jackson and his father Dave Jackson, joined Ameriprise Financial Inc. (NYSE: AMP) from Thrivent Investment Management Inc. with $160 million in client assets, according to a company statement.

The Wayzata, Minnesota-based practice includes financial advisor Dave Jackson and client service associate Erika Holland. The team moved to Ameriprise's branch channel to access what they described as enhanced capabilities and a stronger national brand platform.

"We've always been committed to helping our clients navigate retirement planning, insurance, and investment decisions with care and precision," Jeremy Jackson said in the statement. "As we looked to the future, it was important to find a firm that could help us deliver even more, through a broader set of tools, a proven growth platform, and a brand our clients recognize and trust."

Jackson cited Ameriprise's client-focused culture and operational support as factors in the decision. He noted the firm's integrated platform and digital capabilities as elements that allow the practice to spend more time focused on client service.

Pattern Wealth operates under the local support of Ameriprise Complex Director Adam Lukens and Regional Vice President Mitch Doren.

Ameriprise reported that approximately 1,700 experienced financial advisors have joined the firm over the past five years, according to the company's fourth-quarter 2025 earnings release.
