GreenRow partners with New York Botanical Garden for home decor line
GreenRow, a portfolio brand of Williams-Sonoma Inc. (NYSE: WSM), announced a collaboration with the New York Botanical Garden to create a home decor collection featuring botanical illustrations from the garden's archives.
The collection draws from the New York Botanical Garden's LuEsther T. Mertz Library Rare Book Collection and includes wallpaper, bedding, rugs, decorative accessories, tabletop items and linens. The products incorporate hand-painted and handwoven pieces using sustainable materials and manufacturing practices.
"Partnering with the New York Botanical Garden, we translated NYBG's inspiring archives of illustrations into design that feel timeless, intentional, and deeply connected to the environment," said Jaimee Seabury, Vice President of GreenRow.
The New York Botanical Garden, established 135 years ago, operates as a National Historic Landmark focused on plant science, education and horticulture. Christa Boeke, Vice President of Retail & Brand Licensing at NYBG, said the collaboration supports the organization's mission in global plant science research, conservation and education.
The GreenRow x NYBG collection is available at the GreenRow store in New York City's SoHo neighborhood and online at GreenRow.com. A selection of items will be available at the NYBG Shop in the Bronx for a limited time.
GreenRow will host a launch celebration at its SoHo location on June 10th at 6pm. The company focuses on creating home furnishings using responsibly sourced materials including linen, cotton, wood and recycled fibers.
