Lennox heat pump receives design award for cold weather performance

Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) announced that its Dave Lennox Signature Collection cold climate heat pump has received a GOOD DESIGN Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design in collaboration with Metropolitan Arts Press Ltd.

The SL22KLV Cold Climate Heat Pump operates in temperatures as low as -20°F and is designed for winter environments. The system combines heat pump technology with digital communication for system control.

The GOOD DESIGN Award recognizes products that combine design with functionality. The award program honors products annually for design and innovation.

Lennox has previously received GOOD DESIGN recognition for other residential products, including the SL25XPV Heat Pump and the S40 Smart Thermostat.

The company manufactures heating, cooling, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and water heating systems for residential and commercial customers. Lennox is based in Dallas.
