ePlus inc. (NASDAQ: PLUS) announced it demonstrated a new AI platform called AgenticOps at Cisco Live, developed in collaboration with Cisco and NVIDIA. The platform aims to provide autonomous IT and security operations for enterprise environments.

The AgenticOps technology combines ePlus' AI platform powered by Splunk Observability Cloud, Cisco AI Defense with DefenseClaw endpoint protection, and NVIDIA Nemotron and OpenShell runtime technologies. The solution was built and tested on the Cisco AI POD infrastructure.

According to the company, the platform enables self-diagnosis and self-healing capabilities while reducing the need for human intervention in IT operations. The technology is designed to accelerate incident response and shift teams from reactive problem-solving to autonomous operations.

"Enterprise IT and security teams today face a growing crisis: alert volumes are increasing faster than teams can respond," said Ken Farber, president of ePlus software, strategy, alliances and marketing. The company claims the solution can reduce mean time to resolution from hours to minutes without human intervention.

Sudheesh Subhash, vice president of innovation and emerging technology at ePlus, stated the integrated solution provides enterprises with a path from reactive operations to autonomous DefenseOps capabilities.

Jeremy Foster, SVP and GM at Cisco Compute, noted that the solution addresses operational complexity challenges facing enterprise IT and security teams.
