Lynch joined the Human Capital Committee while Rubin joined the Nominating, Corporate Governance and Compliance Committee.

"Tom and Eric have helped lead some of the most important advances in modern oncology, and we are thrilled to welcome them to the Board," said Matthew Rabinowitz, co-founder and executive chairman of the board.

Lynch said molecular diagnostics will play a critical role as the oncology field moves toward more personalized treatment decisions.
