Decoy Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: DCOY) announced the nomination of Patricia Gauthier as a Class II director for election at the company's annual stockholders meeting on July 14, 2026.

Gauthier currently serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Head for Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom at Moderna, a position she has held since 2025. In this role, she leads strategy and operations across biomanufacturing, national health security partnerships and commercialization for approximately 500 employees.

Prior to her current position, Gauthier served as General Manager of Moderna Canada, where she built the affiliate from inception and supported delivery of more than 50 million COVID-19 vaccine doses. She also helped secure a biomanufacturing partnership with the Government of Canada. Before joining Moderna, she held senior leadership roles at GSK across vaccines, specialty care, market access and government affairs. She began her career as a lawyer at McCarthy Tétrault, practicing business law, securities and commercial litigation.

The nomination follows the completion of David Arthur's service on the board. Arthur previously served on the board of Decoy's predecessor, Salarius Pharmaceuticals.

Decoy Therapeutics develops what it calls Designable Multi-Antivirals, which the company describes as antivirals engineered to target shared viral mechanisms across multiple viruses.
