International Game Technology announced the appointment of gaming industry veteran Patrick Ramsey to the board of directors of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, the parent company of IGT and Everi. The appointment is subject to required regulatory approvals.

Ramsey previously served as chief executive officer of Multimedia Games. He currently sits on the board of Grupo Codere and serves on the operating council of Arrow International.

Daniel Cohen, chairman of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, stated that Ramsey's experience across technology, operations, and market development will support the company as it continues delivering value to customers and expanding its global presence.

Ramsey commented that he looks forward to working with the board and leadership team to help accelerate growth opportunities and strengthen the company's global market position.

IGT was formed through the combination of International Game Technology PLC's Gaming & Digital Business and Everi Holdings Inc. The company provides gaming machines, game content and systems, iGaming, sports betting, cash access, and loyalty solutions. IGT is organized into Gaming, Digital and FinTech business units and is headquartered in Las Vegas.
