The company's compensation committee authorized a restricted stock unit grant representing 200,000 shares of common stock in connection with Greene's hiring under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The grant will vest in four equal annual installments on each anniversary of the grant date, contingent on Greene's continued employment with the company.
