ZenaTech acquires 10% stake in Plurilock Security for $1.1 million

ZenaTech Inc. (NASDAQ: ZENA) acquired 11,168,098 common shares of Plurilock Security Inc., representing approximately 10% of the company's outstanding shares, according to an early warning report filed June 2, 2026.

The technology solutions provider purchased the shares at approximately $0.10 to $0.11 per share through the TSX Venture Exchange. ZenaTech did not previously own any securities in Plurilock Security before these purchases.

The company stated it acquired the shares for investment purposes and may participate in future financings or acquire additional securities in Plurilock Security, subject to market conditions and other investment opportunities.

ZenaTech filed the early warning report under National Instrument 61-103, which requires disclosure when an entity acquires beneficial ownership of 10% or more of a public company's voting securities. The filing will be available under Plurilock Security's profile on SEDAR+.

ZenaTech specializes in artificial intelligence drone technology, Drone as a Service solutions, enterprise software, and quantum computing applications for commercial, government and defense sectors. The company operates through offices in North America, Europe, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates.

The acquisition represents ZenaTech's expansion of its investment portfolio beyond its core technology operations, which include drone manufacturing through its ZenaDrone subsidiary and various enterprise software solutions for law enforcement, government, and industrial clients.
