Mastercard (NYSE: MA) announced a series of leadership changes that will take effect August 3, 2026, according to a company statement.

Ling Hai, currently President of Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, will become Chief Financial Officer, replacing Sachin Mehra. Mehra will transition to a newly created position as Chief Business Officer, overseeing global country operations, sales enablement, global partnerships, and digital commercialization.

Linda Kirkpatrick, President of the Americas, will assume the role of Chief Services Officer, succeeding Craig Vosburg. Vosburg will move to Vice Chair and serve as a global ambassador while partnering with regional leadership teams on stakeholder relationships.

Dimi Dosis, President of Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, will become Chief Commercial Payments Officer, leading Commercial & New Payment Flows and replacing Raj Seshadri. Seshadri will transition to Senior Strategic Advisor to the CEO.

Jorn Lambert will continue as Chief Product Officer, leading Consumer Payments and overseeing the company's stablecoin, agentic and core payments operations.

Tim Murphy, Vice Chair, will retire from Mastercard in October as previously planned.

"These leadership updates build on our strategy by aligning our team to that opportunity — strengthening execution, advancing a more connected customer experience and positioning the company for our continued growth," said Michael Miebach, chief executive officer of Mastercard.

The changes represent what the company describes as unifying its customer focus under one team to improve coordination and accountability across all markets.
