Quantum reports preliminary Q4 2026 revenue of $77.5 million
Quantum Corporation (NASDAQ: QMCO) announced preliminary unaudited financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, according to a company statement.
The data management solutions company expects revenue of approximately $77.5 million, plus or minus $2 million, which exceeds the high end of its previously guided range of $68 million, plus or minus $2 million.
Quantum also reported GAAP operating expenses of approximately $30.5 million and cash of approximately $15.5 million for the quarter.
The company plans to report complete results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026 by mid-June 2026.
Quantum noted that the preliminary results are unaudited and subject to change as the company completes its financial close process and independent auditors finish their review. The company stated that adjustments to the preliminary financial information could be material.
The Centennial, Colorado-based company provides data management solutions for artificial intelligence applications and serves customers in life sciences, government, media and entertainment, research, and industrial technology sectors.
