OneMeta signs emergency services deal in Mexico for FIFA 2026
OneMeta Inc. (OTCQB: ONEI) announced it has signed an agreement with a Mexican state government emergency services agency to provide real-time AI-powered interpretation services for emergency response operations during the FIFA 2026 tournament period.
The agreement covers service delivery from April through December 2026 and represents OneMeta's first deployment in Mexico's public safety emergency communications sector.
Under the contract, OneMeta will deploy VerbumLocal, a real-time interpretation product, to deliver multilingual communication across seven language pairs including Spanish-English, Spanish-Japanese, Spanish-Korean, and Spanish-Swedish. The service is designed to help emergency personnel communicate with international visitors during the tournament.
The deployment includes regional infrastructure implementation, custom model training for emergency response terminology, and integration with existing communications systems. Service launch is targeted for early June 2026.
"Emergency dispatchers need to understand callers quickly, regardless of the language being spoken," said Saul Leal, CEO of OneMeta Inc.
The technology aims to provide immediate interpreter access without transfers or waiting periods, covering Asian, European, and Latin American languages. The system includes enterprise-grade security standards and compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
OneMeta develops AI-powered multilingual communication solutions and operates its Verbum platform across more than 140 languages and dialects. The company is based in Bountiful, Utah.
This marks OneMeta's first implementation in public safety emergency communications and expands its government sector presence.
