HIVE Digital reports $297.8 million revenue in fiscal 2026
HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: HIVE) reported total revenue of $297.8 million for fiscal year 2026, representing a 158% increase from the previous year, according to a company statement.
The revenue comprised $278.3 million from digital currency mining and $19.5 million from high-performance computing hosting services. Digital currency revenue increased 164% year-over-year, driven by a four-fold increase in operational hashrate and higher average Bitcoin prices of $98,040 compared to $75,881 in fiscal 2025.
The company mined 2,885 Bitcoin during fiscal 2026, up 104% from 1,414 Bitcoin in the prior year. HIVE's total installed hashrate reached 25.1 EH/s as of March 31, 2026, compared to 6.5 EH/s a year earlier.
High-performance computing revenue grew 94% to $19.5 million from $10.0 million in fiscal 2025, supported by deployment of NVIDIA H200 GPU clusters. Gross operating margins expanded to 36% from 22% in the previous year.
The company reported a GAAP net loss of $148.4 million, which included approximately $221.3 million in non-cash items comprising $170.4 million of depreciation and $50.9 million of other non-cash adjustments. Adjusted EBITDA reached $72.9 million, or 24% of total revenue.
HIVE completed a 300 MW expansion in Paraguay across three phases during fiscal 2026. The company also announced plans for a 320 MW facility in the Greater Toronto Area designed to accommodate more than 100,000 GPUs.
General and administrative expenses increased to $31.4 million from $16.6 million in fiscal 2025, primarily due to additional staff supporting global expansion and HPC business growth.
The company held $10.8 million in total digital currency holdings as of March 31, 2026, including 150 Bitcoin. HIVE operates data centers across Canada, Sweden, and Paraguay.
