Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE: MAA) announced a quarterly dividend of $1.0625 per share for its 8.50% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, according to a company statement.

The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026.

MAA is a real estate investment trust and S&P 500 member that owns apartment communities primarily in the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
