TechnipFMC appoints Eric Mullins to board effective June 1, 2026
TechnipFMC (NYSE: FTI) announced Eric D. Mullins has been appointed to its board of directors, effective June 1, 2026.
Mullins serves as chairman and chief executive officer of Lime Rock Resources, a private equity fund focused on oil and gas properties that he co-founded in 2005. He previously spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in the Natural Resources Group, including as managing director, where he advised exploration and production companies on financing and strategic transactions.
Doug Pferdehirt, chair and chief executive officer of TechnipFMC, said Mullins brings extensive public company board experience and financial expertise to the role.
Mullins currently serves on the board of directors of Valero Energy Corporation and previously held board positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, PG&E Corporation, ConocoPhillips Corporation, and LRR Energy, L.P. He holds a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
