Microchip Technology appoints Mitch Little to board of directors
Microchip Technology Incorporated (NASDAQ: MCHP) announced that Mitch Little will join its board of directors effective June 1, 2026. Little previously served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Client Engagement at Microchip before retiring in May 2022.
Since his retirement, Little founded CUSP Advisory Group and authored two books focused on sales strategies and leadership. The board determined that Little meets the requirements of an independent director under Nasdaq Listing Rules.

"Mitch is a highly respected semiconductor industry veteran whose long tenure with Microchip included senior leadership roles across our global sales, applications, and product line organizations."
Little held senior leadership positions across multiple divisions at Microchip, including global sales, applications, and product line organizations. According to the company, he participated in strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions during his tenure.

Microchip Technology, headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, operates as a semiconductor supplier serving industrial, automotive, consumer, aerospace and defense, communications and computing markets.
