June 1, 2026 4:05 PM

Honeywell International Inc. (NASDAQ: HON) appointed Jillian "Jill" Evanko to its board of directors as an independent director and audit committee member, effective immediately, the company announced.

Evanko, 48, serves as chief executive officer of Duravant LLC. She brings more than 25 years of experience in industrial and manufacturing sectors to the Honeywell board.

The appointment comes ahead of Honeywell's planned aerospace business spin-off expected June 29, 2026. Following the separation, Craig Arnold, Bill Ayer, Scott Davis and Deborah Flint are anticipated to join the board of Honeywell Aerospace, while Evanko will remain on the Honeywell board.

Prior to joining Duravant in January 2026, Evanko spent nearly a decade at Chart Industries Inc., serving most recently as president and CEO and previously as chief financial officer. She also held the CFO position at Truck-Lite Co. LLC and multiple executive roles at Dover Corporation and its subsidiaries.

Earlier in her career, Evanko worked in financial and operational roles at Arthur Andersen LLP, Honeywell and Sony Corporation.

"Jill's extensive leadership experience across the industrial and manufacturing sectors combined with her deep expertise in advanced automation and operational excellence will be highly valuable to our Board," said Vimal Kapur, chairman and CEO of Honeywell.

Evanko currently serves as an independent director on the board of Greif Inc. She previously served on boards of Chart Industries, Parker Hannifin and Alliant Energy. She also serves on the board of the National Association of Manufacturers.

She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in business administration from La Salle University.
