Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMR) announced that Chief Financial Officer Niki Fotiou departed from her position effective May 31, 2026, according to a company statement.

The Athens-based maritime services company has begun searching for a replacement. During the transition period, Chief Executive Officer Pankaj Khanna will oversee the finance function to maintain continuity of operations and financial reporting.

"Niki Fotiou has been a valued member of our leadership team and we are grateful for her contributions since our listing. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors," Khanna said in the statement.

The company stated it does not anticipate any disruption to its financial reporting obligations or business operations during the leadership transition.

Heidmar provides commercial and pool management services for the crude and product tanker market, operating from offices in Athens, London, Singapore, Chennai, and Hong Kong. The company offers vessel owners maritime services in the crude oil and refined petroleum products sectors.
