Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously announced, D-Wave Quantum Inc. (the “Company”) will hold its first Investor Day on June 1, 2026, at the New York Stock Exchange and online, beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET. The event will feature slide presentations by the Company’s management, followed by a Q&A session. The Investor Day will be livestreamed for online attendees and available for replay on the Company’s Investor Relations website at ir.dwavequantum.com after the event. A copy of the slides to be used in connection with the presentations is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
