Enlivex Ltd. (NASDAQ: ENLV) announced it will present clinical data from its Phase IIa trial of Allocetra at the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology congress in London from June 3-7, 2026.

The presentation will feature 6-month clinical data from the Phase IIa trial (NCT06233474) of Allocetra in patients with moderate-to-severe knee osteoarthritis. According to the company, the results showed statistically significant improvement compared to placebo in pain reduction and functional improvement in patients aged 60 years and older.

Prof. Philip Conaghan, Consultant Rheumatologist and Director of the NIHR Leeds Biomedical Research Centre, will deliver the oral presentation on June 3, 2026, at 16:30 CET. The presentation is titled "Durable Efficacy at 6 Months Using an Innovative Intra-Articular Apoptotic Cell Therapy in Knee Osteoarthritis: Data from a Phase IIa RCT."

Dr. Einat Galamidi, Chief Medical Officer of Enlivex, stated that the data supported the advancement of Allocetra into the ongoing Phase IIb study, for which the company recently announced dosing of the first patient in the United States.

Enlivex describes itself as a quality longevity company that operates a prediction markets treasury strategy alongside developing Allocetra, which it characterizes as an immunotherapy targeting inflammatory conditions associated with aging.
