NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) delivered 37,705 vehicles in May 2026, representing a 62.3% increase from the same month in the previous year, according to a company statement.

The deliveries included 20,013 vehicles from the NIO brand, 12,029 from the ONVO brand, and 5,663 from the FIREFLY brand. The Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer's cumulative deliveries reached 1,148,118 vehicles as of May 31, 2026.

NIO launched the ONVO L80, a five-seat SUV, on May 15, 2026, with deliveries beginning May 16. The company also introduced the ES9 executive SUV on May 27, 2026, starting deliveries the following day.

The company reported that its All-New ES8 model ranked first in sales among vehicles priced above 400,000 yuan across all energy types for five consecutive months through May 2026.
