Diana Shipping holds annual meeting, elects directors and auditors

Diana Shipping Inc. (NYSE: DSX) held its annual shareholder meeting on May 28, 2026, in virtual format via the internet, according to a company statement.

Shareholders approved two proposals during the meeting. The first involved the election of three Class III directors to serve until the company's 2029 annual meeting. The second proposal approved the appointment of Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A. as the company's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. served as inspector for the meeting. The company had sent its Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Statement to shareholders around April 22, 2026.
