The legal name will remain EDAP TMS S.A., though the company intends to seek shareholder approval for a corresponding legal name change at a future general meeting. No action is required by shareholders regarding these changes, and existing shareholder rights remain unaffected.

The American Depositary Shares will continue trading on NASDAQ with the same CUSIP number following the ticker change. FocalTherics will host an Investor Day on June 1, 2026 at 8:00 am ET to discuss its corporate identity, growth strategy, and business outlook.
