Asure Software Inc. (NASDAQ: ASUR) announced an expansion of its partnership with FRPG Restaurant Rewards, a group purchasing organization serving independent restaurant operators across 20 states.

The expanded agreement provides FRPG's 3,000 members with access to Asure's cloud-based HR, payroll, time and attendance, and workforce management solutions. The partnership includes dedicated implementation support and specialized features for hourly workforces, including tip management, multi-location payroll, scheduling, overtime tracking, and compliance alerts.

FRPG operates as a group purchasing organization with more than 170 member restaurants across 20 states, providing collective purchasing power and supplier access to independent restaurant operators.
