Kyivstar Group names Taner Kızıltoprak as CFO starting July 1
Kyivstar Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: KYIV; KYIVW) announced the appointment of Taner Kızıltoprak as Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2026, according to a company statement.
Kızıltoprak will join the Ukrainian telecommunications company as an advisor to President Oleksandr Komarov on June 1, 2026, before transitioning to the CFO role. Current CFO Boris Dolgushin will continue in his position until June 30, 2026, then serve as an advisor focusing on strategic projects.
The incoming CFO brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and international business management. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of 106 Dijital, a digital gaming company. Prior to that role, Kızıltoprak spent 15 years with Turkcell Group, a telecommunications and technology services provider listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Borsa Istanbul, where he held senior positions including Deputy Group CFO.
"Taner's extensive experience across telecommunications, digital services and international finance makes him an excellent fit for Kyivstar Group as we continue to expand our digital ecosystem and support Ukraine's resilience and recovery," Komarov stated.
Kızıltoprak graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Business Administration and holds certification as a Turkish Certified Public Accountant.
