PRF Technologies advances AI platform for renewable energy optimization
PRF Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PRFX) announced progress on its DeepSolar Predict platform, an AI-driven system designed for renewable energy revenue optimization. The company is preparing the platform for commercial launch.
DeepSolar Predict combines AI forecasting, storage intelligence and market-driven decision support to help renewable energy operators optimize revenue in real-time. The platform targets solar, wind and battery energy storage assets.
The system includes localized weather intelligence for production forecasting, imbalance risk management tools, storage optimization capabilities, portfolio-level analytics and real-time market decision support. PRF states the platform addresses challenges including weather variability, production uncertainty, imbalance penalties and grid constraints.
"Renewable energy operators are no longer managing only production — they are managing financial exposure in increasingly dynamic power markets," said Dr. Ehud Geller, Chairman of PRF Technologies.
The platform builds on PRF's existing DeepSolar initiatives, including participation in the NVIDIA Connect Program and a patent application for plant-level micro-climate modeling methods for solar energy production forecasting.
PRF Technologies operates dual business segments, developing both pharmaceutical therapeutics and AI-driven energy optimization technologies through its DeepSolar platform. The company's pharmaceutical programs focus on extended-release drug-delivery systems for post-surgical pain relief.
