AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc., operating as EagleNXT (NYSE: UAVS), opened a manufacturing and innovation center in Allen, Texas. The facility serves as the company's global headquarters and will handle assembly, research and development, administrative, and marketing functions.

The Allen location will produce EagleNXT's VISION drone and MicaSense multispectral sensors. The facility also houses ThirdEye USA, a joint venture that manufactures Counter UAS systems including the Meduza X, Chimera UL, and Argus Shield.

"We are thrilled to officially open our global headquarters and product and innovation center here in Allen, Texas," said Bill Irby, CEO of EagleNXT. The company received support from Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who stated the relocation represents an investment in the state's aerospace and high-tech industries.

The facility features assembly cells designed to support engineering, training, and customer service activities across defense, agriculture, public safety, and critical infrastructure sectors. The U.S.-based manufacturing aims to streamline sales and delivery to domestic and international customers.

EagleNXT develops drones, sensors, and software solutions for commercial and government applications. The company reports conducting more than one million flights globally and holds FAA approvals for Operations Over People and Beyond Visual Line of Sight, plus EASA C2 certification in Europe.
