Tutor Perini unit wins $81.8 million Coast Guard housing contract in Alaska

Perini Management Services, a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), received an $81.8 million contract from the U.S. Coast Guard for family housing construction at USCG Base Kodiak in Alaska.

The project involves designing and constructing 30 family housing units consisting of 20 three-bedroom and 10 four-bedroom units arranged in 15 duplex configurations. The scope includes demolition work, utilities, roads, sidewalks and other site improvements at the Nemetz Park Site.

The contract also covers replacement of an existing 653,800-gallon water storage tank on Aviation Hill and connecting it to the base water system for fire protection and domestic water services.

Work will begin immediately with substantial completion scheduled for November 2028, according to the company's statement. Tutor Perini plans to add the contract value to its backlog in the second quarter of 2026.
