Calix Inc. (NYSE: CALX) announced enhancements to its Agent Workforce Cloud that aim to improve campaign measurement, subscriber support, and network intelligence for service providers. The updates are embedded across the company's Engagement Cloud, Operations Cloud, and Service Cloud on the Calix One platform.

The company cited existing customer outcomes from its cloud capabilities, including 73% growth in residential average revenue per user and a 25% increase in small-business sales. The enhancements are designed to help service providers coordinate actions across marketing, service, and operations functions.

The Engagement Cloud updates include advanced campaign measurement and targeting features through the CommandIQ mobile app and Lead Gen APIs. These tools are intended to help teams identify opportunities and personalize outreach across residential, business, and multi-dwelling unit markets.

Service Cloud adds real-time network insights and controls through CommandIQ, including work, gamer, and entertainment modes, Wi-Fi signal awareness, and parental controls. These features are designed to speed issue resolution and increase self-service adoption.

Operations Cloud provides unified network visibility and event correlation across optical line terminal and optical network terminal environments. The system includes geomaps and cross-vendor correlation to help teams detect issues earlier.

"These Agent Workforce Cloud enhancements help marketing, service, and operations teams put intelligence to work now while building toward agentic workflows," said John Durocher, chief operating officer at Calix.

The company serves more than 1,200 customers and has invested over $2 billion in platform development over 15 years, according to the press release.
