Willis names three executives to FINEX North America cyber roles
Willis, a WTW business (NASDAQ: WTW), announced three leadership appointments within its FINEX North America division focused on cyber strategy and client engagement.
Annice Ma was named Head of Cyber for FINEX North America, overseeing cyber practice strategy and operations across the United States, Canada and Bermuda. Ma previously served as FINEX North America Growth Leader and brings over 10 years of cyber leadership experience at a global brokerage firm.
Rob Barberi was appointed FINEX North America Client Engagement Leader, a newly created position where he will lead client engagement efforts across FINEX and align strategic priorities across business lines. Barberi has more than 20 years of industry experience and will continue as Chief Client Officer in the Willis Cyber practice.
Charles Leonard was named FINEX North America Cyber Strategy & Execution Leader in another newly created role. Leonard will work with regional leaders to implement strategy across the client portfolio and develop middle market client solutions. He previously served as Southeast Region Cyber Leader and began his insurance career in underwriting after 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
The appointments are effective immediately, according to the company's statement. Mike Machin, Head of FINEX North America, said the moves reflect the company's investment in leadership and client service as the cyber risk landscape evolves.
