GoodRx (NASDAQ: GDRX) launched GoodRx Companion, a subscription service priced at $14.99 per month that provides access to free and discounted generic medications, telehealth visits, and savings on dental, vision, and laboratory services.

The subscription includes more than 200 common generic medications at no cost, with hundreds of additional generics available for under $10 at participating pharmacies nationwide. Members can access $19 telehealth visits through GoodRx Care for conditions such as urinary tract infections and flu symptoms.

The service extends savings to dental care including cleanings and crowns, vision services such as eye exams and contact lenses, and laboratory tests including MRIs and wellness panels. The offering targets patients managing chronic conditions, those taking multiple medications, or individuals with limited insurance coverage.

"GoodRx Companion is an important step in our evolution toward building a broader subscription model built for the way consumers are navigating healthcare today," said Wendy Barnes, president and CEO of GoodRx. "As coverage becomes more complex and out-of-pocket costs continue to rise, people are looking for trusted solutions that give them greater control and clearer value."

The launch expands GoodRx's subscription portfolio beyond its existing condition-specific offerings for weight loss, erectile dysfunction, and hair loss. The company stated the service creates a recurring revenue stream and strengthens its move toward a diversified membership model.

GoodRx reported serving nearly 25 million consumers and over one million healthcare professionals annually. The company has facilitated over $100 billion in medication savings since 2011, according to the press release.
