Klarna adds Lands' End to payment network through Stripe partnership
Klarna (NYSE: KLAR) announced it has partnered with Lands' End to offer flexible payment options on the retailer's website. The partnership makes Klarna's payment services available to Lands' End customers shopping on landsend.com.
Customers can now choose from three payment options: pay in full, interest-free pay in 4 installments, or longer-term financing. The service includes upfront eligibility checks and operates without hidden fees, according to the companies.
The integration is powered by Stripe and adds Lands' End to Klarna's network of U.S. retail partners. Lands' End, founded in 1963, operates as a lifestyle brand targeting American consumers.
"Lands' End has been a trusted name in American retail for over 60 years, and we're proud to help them serve the next generation of shoppers," said David Sykes, Chief Commercial Officer at Klarna.
Devan Thompson, Vice President Direct to Consumer at Lands' End, stated the partnership provides customers "greater control and flexibility in how they pay for the quality products they trust."
Klarna reports having over 119 million global active users and processes 3.4 million transactions daily. The company's retail network includes more than one million merchants, with partners such as Uber, H&M, Saks, Sephora, Macy's, Ikea, and Nike.
