Centuri secures over $300 million in new customer contracts
Centuri Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CTRI) announced it has received more than $300 million in new commercial awards from customers across the United States and Canada, according to a company statement.
The contracts span gas, electric, and general energy infrastructure services. New bid work and new or expanded Master Services Agreements account for approximately 87% of the award value, while renewals of existing agreements with current customers represent the remaining 13%.
The awards include Master Services Agreement renewals for natural gas distribution infrastructure upgrades with expanded work scopes and crew growth, a gas facility upgrade project, assembly and installation services for a midstream energy infrastructure company, engineering and construction services for a transmission infrastructure project, and procurement and construction of electrical infrastructure for the first phase of a wind farm project in Canada.
Centuri stated it remains in negotiations for approximately $400 million in additional contract awards, including data center-related work. The company now expects a book-to-bill ratio of approximately 1.2x for the year.
"We continue to experience strong commercial momentum, reflecting the trust we have earned from our customers and the reputation we have built in our core end markets," said Christian Brown, Centuri's president and CEO.
The announced awards bring Centuri's total commercial awards for 2026 to approximately $1.7 billion year-to-date. The Phoenix-based company provides utility and energy infrastructure services to regulated utilities across North America.
