May 27, 2026 7:30 AM

Anterix Inc. (NASDAQ: ATEX) appointed Kim Green-Kerr as chief revenue officer, the company announced. Green-Kerr will lead the company's commercial organization and go-to-market strategy for private wireless broadband networks.

Green-Kerr previously served as senior vice president of enterprise sales and operations at UScellular, where she managed growth across enterprise and government markets. Before that, she spent more than 20 years at Sprint, ending her tenure as senior vice president of business solutions, where she led a nationwide organization of over 2,000 sales professionals.

"Kim is joining Anterix at a defining moment for both our company and the industry," said Scott Lang, president and CEO of Anterix. "The question is no longer whether critical infrastructure operators will adopt private wireless – it's how fast they can deploy it."

Anterix provides 900 MHz licensed spectrum for mission-critical private wireless networks, primarily serving utilities and critical infrastructure operators. The company said these sectors are investing in connectivity solutions for grid modernization and automation.

Green-Kerr said critical infrastructure operators are seeking communications systems they can control for long-term use. "Anterix has built the market position, customer base, and portfolio to lead this transformation," she stated.

The appointment comes as the company positions itself to serve increasing demand from utilities and critical infrastructure sectors for private wireless connectivity solutions, according to the company's statement.
