Merck KGaA selects Veeva Vault CRM for global commercial operations
Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced that Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, has committed to implementing Veeva Vault CRM across its global operations.
The customer relationship management system will integrate into Merck KGaA's data-driven ecosystem to support consistent processes and data connectivity across business functions, according to the companies' statements.

Vault CRM is part of Veeva's CRM Suite of applications designed for commercial execution in the life sciences industry. The platform includes AI capabilities through Vault AI for CRM, which provides multiple AI agents intended to drive commercial efficiency.
Chris Moore, president of Veeva Europe, stated the collaboration continues the company's work with Merck KGaA's Healthcare Business, with the CRM system enabling customer centricity and AI integration within workflows.
Veeva Systems provides cloud-based software solutions for the life sciences industry, serving more than 1,500 customers ranging from large biopharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechnology firms. The company operates as a Public Benefit Corporation.
