Aurora Mobile upgrades GPTBots.ai with business system integration
Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced an upgrade to its GPTBots.ai enterprise AI agent platform focused on knowledge base reconstruction, workflow execution, and enterprise governance. The company stated the upgrade addresses limitations in current AI agent adoption where agents can conduct conversations but cannot integrate with business systems.
The upgrade introduces knowledge graphs with hybrid vector-and-graph retrieval mechanisms, allowing agents to understand business relationships rather than performing basic keyword searches. The system includes metadata filtering and access control lists to restrict document access based on user roles.
GPTBots.ai now features agent-driven form collection integrated with Aurora Mobile's EngageLab LiveDesk Widget across 14 channels including WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, WeChat, and DingTalk. The new Agent Loop Engine enables multi-turn autonomous reasoning and agent-to-agent collaboration for complex task delegation.
The platform includes a three-dimensional memory system that tracks user identity, historical context, and workflow steps. Key Event Extraction identifies actions such as refund requests and complaint escalations to update user profiles automatically.
Enterprise governance features include runtime security, audit logs, and safety guardrails with human validation requirements for critical steps. The system maintains traceable records of all agent actions.
Chris Lo, Founder and CEO of GPTBots.ai, said "Enterprises worldwide are shifting from buying tools to buying outcomes. Customers don't need another toolbox. They need a solution that understands their business, embeds into their workflows, and has their back when something goes wrong."
The upgrade deepens integration between GPTBots.ai and EngageLab, Aurora Mobile's customer engagement platform, creating what the company describes as a unified customer lifecycle pipeline from acquisition through retention and growth.
Aurora Mobile, founded in 2011, provides customer engagement and marketing technology services and trades on NASDAQ under ticker JG.
